DO YOU ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS?

We are always accepting new patients, with or without a doctor's referral. New patients are encouraged to contact our offices and set up a New Patient Appointment. 

DO YOU PROVIDE TREATMENT TO CHILDREN (UNDER 18 YEARS OLD)?

We are always accepting new patients and encourage anyone over the age of 18 to call our offices to set up an appointment.

WHAT ARE  YOUR CURRENT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

We have always maintained strict cleaning regimens with our practice, and since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have increased our measures even more. We diligently follow all cleaning guidelines issued by the CDC and Top Infectious Doctors. Our office is cleaned and sanitized daily, and all machines, benches, and tables are sanitized after each use. All staff wear gloves, masks,  and face shields. Patients entering the office are masked and temperature checked before entering the facility. Social distancing is enforced throughout the lobby and patient rooms. 

HOW DO YOU MAKE PATIENTS FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING THEIR VISIT?

Our practice works hard to not only ensure our patients are safe, but also comfortable when arriving for an appointment. From daily cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces, to comfy chairs and short waiting periods, we aim to provide our patients with world class treatment. 

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We accept most insurances, please verify with our knowledgeable staff prior to your visit to ensure your coverage.  If you are returning to us and have had a change in insurance, it is important that you provide us with the updated information to avoid unnecessary charges.

DO YOU PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND/OR PAYMENT PLANS?

We always work with our patients to provide a reasonable and affordable financial option.  For any special needs, please speak to the Office Manager.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Depending on the schedule, physician and nurse practitioner availability, we may be able to secure a same-day appointment. Contact our office in order to know appointment availability.  Because we are a specialty service, it is advisable to schedule your appointments well in advance to make sure you are able to get in at a time that is convenient to your schedule.  While we are very conscious  of your time and work our schedules to minimize your wait times, your appointment time has been held specifically for you.  We feel strongly that each patient should keep their appointments to ensure health.
